CARE
Medical -
As an employee, you have three medical options provided by Cigna.
You get to choose the plan best suited for you and your family.
Medical coverage costs are paid by a combination of contributions
from TRANSFIRST
and deductions from your paycheck.
Dental - TRANSFIRST
offers dental coverage through The Standard Insurance Company.
You have the option between two plans providing two levels of
coverage. Your dental coverage is paid for by deductions from
your paycheck.
Vision - Vision
coverage is provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Your vision
plan is paid for by contributions from TRANSFIRST.
LIFE INSURANCE
Group Life, Accidental Death and
Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability Coverage
- TRANSFIRST
provides these benefits in the amount of one times your annual
base pay up to $200,000 at no cost to you.
Additional insurance is available for the
employee and family at excellent group rates. You can choose to
increase your life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance,
purchase insurance for your spouse and children, and safeguard
your income with short term disability insurance.
OTHER BENEFITS
401(K)
- TRANSFIRST
offers a diverse portfolio for your investments and matches 50
percent of the first 6 percent of your contribution.
Supplemental Cancer, Critical Illness
and Accident Insurance - Offered through
Colonial Life and Accident Insurance. You can choose to cover
yourself only, or yourself and dependents.
Reimbursement Accounts
- TRANSFIRST
gives you the option to participate in a Flexible Spending Account
Plan. This will help to lower the costs of health care and dependent
care by allowing you to plan ahead by using pre-tax dollars.
Legal Protection - With a small deduction from your paycheck,
you can have peace of mind knowing that you have legal representation
for any legal situation that may arise.
Employee Referral Bonus Program
- We count on our employees to help us recruit talented people
to join our team. We also reward them for it through our Employee
Referral Bonus Program.
TIME OFF
Vacation
- Our vacation policy is designed to give employees a chance to
get away from work and return refreshed. TRANSFIRST
provides a vacation plan that allows vacation hours to accrue
throughout the year and begins the first of the month following
date of hire. Accruals are based on years of service.
Sick - Sick
leave is designed to give our employees time off with pay due
to illness to yourself or a family member. Ten days sick time
is accrued throughout the year. Accruals start the first of the
month following date of hire.
Holidays -
TRANSFIRST
observes six paid holidays throughout the year.
Employees will accrue four personal days per year. Accruals start
the first of the month following date of hire.
