Summary
Responsible for administering, organizing and conducting training and educational programs associated with TransFirst products and services. Maintains record of training activities and evaluates the effectiveness of programs. Plans, develops and facilitates high level professional programs. Responsible for the complete facilitation of these training programs including scheduling, facility setup, setup of audio/visual equipment, and participant notification. Must have good presentation skills in front of large groups.
- Conducts needs analysis.
- Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods and incorporates them into training programs (e.g., individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role-play and/or computer-based training).
- Work in field with Account Executives including bank calls, cold calls and appointments. Probing and closing skills. Understanding how to work spheres of influence.

Summary
Will primarily support the Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
