Christy Corey joined TRANSFIRST as president of TRANSFIRST Health Services in February 2002. In this position, she is responsible for managing and advancing the TRANSFIRST Health Services division to the forefront of the healthcare transaction processing and payment technologies industry. Specifically, she works to increase sales, improve and leverage industry partnerships and streamline internal processes.

Prior to joining TRANSFIRST, Corey worked with Moneris Solutions, formerly Harris Bank, where she was responsible for the development of Moneris HealthCare. During her tenure with the company, she worked to grow the new HealthCare practice, formalizing 20 mutual partnerships with a variety of vendors, suppliers and distributors of healthcare-related items. Additionally, she was responsible for the development of compliant multi-use technical applications, on-going support and service matrixes and large-scale marketing and sales strategies.

Corey, who earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University, is a frequent speaker at healthcare-related conferences.
